Taste it Tuesday with some mad libs

Welcome back to taste it Tuesday ! We are so happy to bring you along with us to Roxie's Diner ! We usually swing by for breakfast but today we treated ourselves to  lunch. We were mind blown with our delicious meals and we CAN NOT wait to go back! The staff is amazing and they make the atmosphere perfect. Roxie's is a 50's theme dinner so it's right up our alley . The lovely ladies greet you by name and it doesn't take long to become a regular because the food is so good you quickly want to go back. Roxie's Diner is full of San Angelo folks and regulars that are happy to sit and chat with you, it's one of the many reasons we love this town and want to continue to support local businesses.  Take a look at our video to see what Roxie's diner has to offer !

Mad Libs Monday on a Tuesday !!!

Okay folks , sorry we missed mad lib Monday But we are making it up to you on a Tuesday! Warning we have no filter ! So enjoy and have a laugh on us ! Thank you to our good friend Matty for letting us drop by his place to play along with us , we had blast! From Texas to Nola on the road

In December we took a road trip to Nola!! On the way we busted a U turn when we saw Thunderbird Sales in La Grange, Texas! All the antique, vintage, and classic cars caught our eyes from the other side of the highway. We parked and got out to take a peek inside. Hit play and come with us as we check out some really rad cars!

Taste it Tuesay with Iggys Italian ice

We are back with our 2nd taste it Tuesday ! Today we visited our buddies at Iggys Italian Ice!

To show you what they have to offer we ordered the BALLER! It's one scoop of every single flavor of Italian ice they have! Not only do they have Italian ice , they also offer ice cream options! The Staff is great and they make  us feel at home every time we swing by!

Monday Madness

Thanks for joining us on our 2nd weekly Mad Lib Monday.  Today we had our home girl, Mujer Tatuada come along to help us out with a special Rap Mad Lib edition! 

Mujer Tatuada is a genuine bad ass! She has over come many obstacles that she has risen above instead of letting it get her down! We will be doing an interview with her later this year so you can hear her inspiring story. We love her and are happy to call her our home girl, thanks for hanging out with us! Until next time....

#1 Disc jockey in San Angelo Texas

Today is National Disc Jockey Day!

We had the pleasure of interviewing OUR favorite local Disc Jockey, Dennis Allen!

Dennis has been spinning records for over 37 years, and keeps us rockin' through our day on 101.9 The Fire!!  He has had a fun and exciting career meeting and interviewing a plethora of rock stars! In our interview with Dennis Allen we get tips on life, love, and rock n roll!!!

San Angelo clown convention

Why don't cannibals eat clowns ?!? Because they taste funny!!  haha !!

In September of 2016 we had the pleasure of hanging out with some funny folks ! San Angelo had a clown convention that hosted 150 clowns from all over ! We love to check out all the fun events our town has to offer .

In the early 1970s, Patch Adams, a doctor, started the culture of clowning for patients in hospitals. This helps patients recover faster and brighten the gloomy hospital mood.

During the clown convention we had the opportunity to meet a couple Doctors from community hospital . They talked about how laughter is good for heart health ! We have made it a point to laugh at each other everyday so we can live FOREVER .

We meet the local clown celebrity piccolo, but she was so busy we were not able to get a photo with her ! We did however get a few photos of several other clowns that made our day extra fun!

We love clowns !

Welcome to our first Taste it Tuesday!!! We thought we'd take you along with us as we hit up our favorite breakfast burrito place, Julio's. We love the food, people, and atmosphere here at Julio's. If you're in the area or passing through we highly recommend you stop by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Thank you for stopping by to check out our 1st of many post. We started Yer welcome because duh , why not ? We have a fun life  together as friends and want to share it with the world ! We will catch you up on adventures from the past and take you along for the ride into our future shenanigans . Here are a few fun facts about us :

In todays post we interview our dear friend Dr. Salty ! We find out about her child hood, her favorite places to eat , how we all meet and much more ! The interview is a 2 part video , enjoy!

Although we have known Dr. Salty for a long time we always seem to learn something new about her! Salty has been a great friend and sister to us, there was no question as to who we wanted to interview for our first post, with that being said we have exciting news!  

We had so much fun with Dr. Salty , that we asked her to join us once a month for our Ask Dr. Salty segment! She's pretty much our Dr. Phil but much prettier . Today was such a beautiful day in San Angelo, Texas we wanted to

get out in the sun and do something fun. However, we are both self employed

and broke so we thought of something exciting we could do for FREE! So we

grabbed some old cardboard and went do the hill next to The Visitors Center.

We encourage you to get out and fun! We will be posting more free fun things

to do in the future. Please if you try hill remember to recycle and if you walk

your dog in the park be polite and pick up the poo. Thank you!
